just to say I enjoy Boston's art world, but I wish some of the newer stuff as I've seen in the south end was a bit more energized and original. In Baltimore it seems more important to enjoy the special identity and uniqueness of artwork, for example in the American Visionary Art Museum where the artwork of untrained artists is shown , art is more alive and unrestrained, and less academic.
